What ingredients do you use in Wild products?
You can find a full list of ingredients here. At Wild we aim to use the very best ingredients nature has to offer and where possible will always use natural alternatives including only using essential oils for our fragrances. We do occasionally use small amounts of man made products to ensure efficacy and high performance but this will never include parabens, aluminium or sulfates.
Does your deodorant work? Will I need time to adjust?
We have worked hard to develop a formula that works effectively from day one. On certain occasions some people can take some time to adjust to new natural products but this should be no longer than 14 days at the very most. Typically people will adjust in the first few days but it's not uncommon, especially if it's your first time adjusting to a natural deodorant for it to take around a week. Please get in touch if you are having problems beyond this.
What is Wild doing to reduce plastic?
Sustainability is a core founding pillar of Wild. All our current packaging is 100% recyclable and we are working to use only Post Consumer Recycled materials where plastic is necessary alongside our plans to launch a refillable aluminium product imminently. Are your products tested on animals?
We never use animals to test any of our products or ingredients. We develop our products through feedback from real customers and are always looking to improve. You can send any feedback here.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We have worked closely to develop a range of deodorants sensible for a wide variety of skin types using natural ingredients that avoid irritation. However, everyone reacts differently to our products and so we are currently developing a sensitive skin range that we plan to launch soon - you can sign up here for updates. You can find all the ingredients we use here. Note: we never use Parabens, Aluminium or Sulfates and all our products are Vegan friendly.
How does the subscription service work?
We offer a 15% discount for all our subscribers who wish to receive Wild deodorants on a regular basis. This is completely flexible and you can cancel or pause at anytime and choose the frequency of when we send them.
Where and how do you deliver?
We use the Royal Mail and deliver nationwide. Please note our products do not always fit through your letterbox so will be left safe when you are not in.
Are your products Vegan friendly?
Yes all our products are vegan friendly.

Can I get a refund or return items if I don't like them?
We're so proud of what we've created at Wild that we are happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. That means, if you don't like the deodorant for any reason at all, we will be happy to refund you 100%. Likewise we offer free returns. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
